Born in 1972, under the sign of the Taurus, I grew up in Carrara, in Tuscany, one of the many Italian beautiful places.
Talking about beautiful, I am married to Federica and we have two daughters: Emma and Giorgia.
I studied teeth all my life, in college and at University, ending up becoming a dentist. Although I acquired good skills in dentistry, I became increasingly dissatisfied with it. Not having other sources of income I stuck with it. Thanks to my interest in personal development, I am now moving away from dentistry…. at least mentally: it’s not my priority anymore.
I love reading and listening anything about self growth. I like the real, paper format, book in my hands, not Kindle or audio. That’s just me, of course!
I have to say that one of the biggest take away I had from my mentors (I consider every author/podcaster/blogger whom I learn something from, as a personal coach) is this mantra: PROGRESS OVER PERFECTION
It’s been totally liberating, because I was a perfectionist by nature. It helped me to stop feeling guilty for my shortcomings and to overcome procrastination.
On the fitness level, I play tennis and I like keeping fit in general, which I manage exercising every day during my morning routine.
After attending a Wim Hof workshop weekend, with an Italian instructor during the winter, I now really enjoy going for a cold plunge in the river, with a small group of friends, every Saturday morning at 7am.
I find very interesting the Law of Attraction for the realisation of your true desires in life. I am experimenting on it…
I have been lucky enough to visit many places around the World, but not yet my dream place: Machu Picchu. I am fascinated by that archeological site and I hope to be able to visit it in the near future.
